整體住宿體驗很好。房間窗外就能看到小火車經過，對喜歡鐵道或想感受在地氛圍的人來說，是個加分的小驚喜。你地點相當便利，距離大街與火車站都不遠，不論散步或移動都很輕鬆，生活機能剛剛好。早餐種類不算多，但口味都還算適口，簡單吃個早餐、補充體力沒有問題。小小缺點是如果洗澡時間偏晚，熱水溫度會稍微不足，在沙壩偏涼的天氣下，洗完會有點發抖，建議可以早點洗或飯店能再加強熱水穩定度。整體來說仍是一次舒服的住宿體驗，地點與窗景都很值得，如果能改善熱水問題，會更加分。

During our stay, Mr Jonathan, a receptionist, was always warmly welcoming us at the counter and ever ready to attend to our enquries. On the last day of our stay, the strap of my sandal broke off right before we got picked up by our shuttle bus. He displayed utmost professionalism and lent me superglue which I requested within a short time and even offered to help me with it as well. The hospitality and warmth displayed by the service crew is commendable and we would be back again.

안녕하세요 이호텔은 위치가 좋고 중심가로도 가깝습니다 경치 전망 위치 다좋았어요 정면으로 위를 보면 판시판이 보이고 호텔 밖 테이블에 앉아서 전망 구경하기 좋았어요 아침 조식도 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다 가족과 함께 가볼만 호텔 입니다 😀😀~~~

Отель понравился, красивый интерьер, при заселение повысили категорию номера, номер большой с балконом и отличный видом на долину и горы , персонал вежливый, помогают , отвечают на вопросы. Посетила спа, сделали хороший массаж , после массажа угостили чаем и фруктами. Обедали и ужинала в ресторане, блюда вкусные, официанты приветливые. Расположение удобное , недалеко от центра , при этом тихо. Рекомендую к посещению.

이 트램 뷰를 보려고 사파를 선택 했고 이 호텔을 선택 했는데 너무 성공적!! 이 호텔을 선택 했어도 날씨가 흐린날이 많고 우기여서 걱정 했는데 날이 너무 좋아서 다행히 너무 이쁜 뷰를 봤어요! 예약한 방 테라스가 트램 뷰 인줄 알았는데 다른 뷰 라고 해서 망했다 했는데 얼리체크인 50만동 내고 했는데 이 방으로 준거같아요! 너무 성공적이었어요 썬프라자도 도보10분?정도라 걸어다닐만 해요~조식은 종류가 별로 없지만 먹을만해요 1층엔 마사지도 되는데 미리 얘기 해야 할수 있어요

We had a two night stay and were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find out that we had been upgraded to a balcony room. The room was spacious and clean but dimly lit. We had to have the curtains open throughout the day to get sufficient light. The restaurant had a good variety of food and the buffet breakfast was good value. Staff throughout the property were helpful and attentive. We were not aware that to have a spa treatment, we would need to book in advance and were disappointed we were unable to book an appointment. The location was perfect as we felt close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the surroundings.

Definitely a lovely hotel, located opposite a very famous cafe overlooking the mountain area. However, although our room was upgraded to a bigger one, we booked a mountain view room and couldn’t see any views due to the weather which is a bummer.
